The Supporter Retention & Development Officer is a crucial role in delivering Donor retention & development strategy in Greenpeace Taipei office, and ensure campaign execution with the support of wider Fundraising & Engagement team in diversifying our donor communication and development campaigns with use of a variety of communication channels - including inbound hotline and inbox, telephone, digital and direct marketing.

 

The Supporter Retention & Development Officer shall also outreach and manage external marketing agencies, understand global and local environmental issue trends on digital media, and develop compelling storytelling content to drive donor retention and development activities.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute and implement customized Donor Experience and responsive Donor Services.
  • Deliver effectively the Donor development campaigns – Prompted, Upgrade, Middle Donor, Special Appeal – including ensuring the effective management of the inhouse stakeholders, telemarketing and creative agencies.
  • Collaborate with Supporter Communications teams and/or others on the delivery of the Donor Communication production of supporter journey, newsletters, donor booklets, and any other retention materials required for donor development and experiences.
  • Responsible for maintaining effective Financial & Performance reporting according to agreed formats and frequency for all areas of the program and ongoing financial management including the timely processing of invoices.
  • Ability to utilize the CRM and marketing systems as well as market benchmark and research for insight gatherings.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 years or above working experience in project management/event planning, multimedia marketing, or customer relationship development.
  • Possess good Chinese writing skills, and professional English writing and verbal skills.
  • Experienced in fundraising operations, able to communicate comprehensively to enhance members' understanding and recognition of environmental issues.
  • Familiar with regional and global environmental issues. Sensitive to trends, and able to plan the marketing strategies based on the needs of the audience.
  • Familiar with CRM system operation/ maintenance/ analysis is preferred.

會員服務專員負責照顧綠色和平在臺灣的長期捐款會員,透過多元媒體管道與內容與捐款會員維繫信任關係,提供即時會員服務、環境資訊、線上與線下會員專屬活動,並為環境倡議專案募集捐款。

 

主要工作內容:

  • 了解捐款會員需求,透過數據分析與市場調查,以數位行銷、電話行銷、實體活動、紙本刊物等方式,制定與執行專屬會員旅程,並設計多元募款內容來增進捐款會員體驗與品質、滿意度或額外捐款機會。
  • 執行各類捐款會員發展與募款企劃,與內外部合作夥伴良好協作,提升會員對於組織專案與價值的認同度,以及募款目標,並確保會員經驗感受與溝通內容品質。
  • 維持日常捐款會員照顧,接聽其來電與信件之需求,提供即時的服務與行政支援,保持長期捐款者的維繫與捐款收入的穩定。
  • 維持每月服務績效,生成當月表現報告,確保會員服務團隊營運品質。

 

要求條件:

  • 具備專案管理/活動企劃、多媒體行銷或客戶關係發展相關工作經驗 3 年或以上。
  • 具備良好的中文寫作技巧,優秀的文法與語言能力與商業英文書寫及溝通能力。
  • 具備募款或業務經驗,擅長轉譯語言提升會員對環境議題的理解度與認同度。
  • 熟悉區域、全球環境議題、趨勢敏感,善於結合閱聽者需求規劃行銷策略。
  • 熟悉CRM系統操作、維繫、分析概念尤佳。
  • 具備數據分析、市場研究經驗,曾有行銷企劃經驗者尤佳。
