We’re currently seeking a full-time Multimedia Creator to join our Communications team. You will oversee and/or conduct all aspects of video, audio, and photography production with our campaign teams. You will also be responsible for the management and operation of the shooting equipment and as well as the filing and management of the international material library.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Generate creative ideas to transform complex environmental issues into audio-visual graphic content that the general public can easily understand
● Coordinate with external teams to schedule audio or graphic visual work and publish content
● Analyze and define the success criteria for content to achieve target milestones for annual media outreach
● Develop a smooth internal/external AV production process
REQUIREMENTS
● At least 3 years of working experience in the producer/ advertising industry (previously worked as advertising executive/ art director is preferred)
● Working experience at the brand or agency (is preferred)
● Familiar with all content production processes from idea to publishing
● Able to manage/ maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, freelancers
● Experience with traditional/ new media production
● Familiar with at least two or more video and audio content production software eg, FCPX, Photoshop, After Effects
● Extraordinary communication and coordination ability, able to communicate across departments and teams patiently and carefully
● Working-level ENG/ Chinese skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The position works in a standard office environment and is required to travel to others. Normal hours of work for full-time Employees will be 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), between the hours of 9.30 am to 6:00 pm, including an hour of lunch break. Ordinary hours of work may be varied as agreed between staff and the line managers.
