As a Fundraising Manager at Greenpeace, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of integrated multi-channel campaigns to engage and acquire new donors.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, coordinate, manage, and optimize multi-channel fundraising performance strategies, including Direct Dialogue, Event, and Telemarketing. 
  • Lead and facilitate teamwork, set priorities, and collaborate with other teams.
  • Stay informed on the latest environmental trends and develop storytelling strategies based on audience and market research, delivering multi-channel content.
  • Create compelling fundraising propositions and content packages that drive conversions.
  • Understand departmental needs, provide support to colleagues, show leadership, and collaborate with the Fundraising & Engagement teams to develop digital and multimedia marketing plans.

 

WHY YOU?

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years of experience in team management within Fundraising, Sales, Marketing, and/or Business Development, with knowledge of Taiwan and broader Asia fundraising trends.
  • Strong strategic leadership in managing teams, budgets, and vendors, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to achieve performance goals.
  • Proficiency in performance and project management, as well as account management.
  • Proven ability to empower and develop team members.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English.
  • Intellectual capability to contribute to the broader organization and a commitment to upholding Greenpeace policies.

  • Enthusiastic about challenges, proactive in gathering resources, and self-motivated.
  • Interested in finding sustainable solutions to environmental problems.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The position works in a standard office environment and is required to travel to others. Normal hours of work for full-time Employees will be 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), between the hours of 9.30 am to 6:00 pm, including an hour of lunch break. Ordinary hours of work may be varied as agreed between staff and the line managers.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
