JOB DESCRIPTION
Greenpeace East Asia is currently hiring for the Assistant Staff Development Administrator. The main task of the role is to implement and coordinate staff learning and development programs, to ensure Greenpeace East Asia staff would be equipped with the necessary competencies and skill sets to meet organisational objectives.
The Assistant Staff Development Administrator will work closely with stakeholders such as colleagues, trainers, and external vendors. This role involves multiple concurrent daily deadlines. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Talent development/HRD/Learning&Development (L&D)
- Realize and implement of the Greenpeace Taipei Office Human Resources Development Plan.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing in the Taipei office, strengthen employees' self-learning journey capabilities, and contribute to achieving organizational goals through career development.
- Operate a new joiner program.
- Operate individual development and key talent management programs (take the initiative in proposing and implementing them) and other L&D related programs.
- Assist the operation of language support programs.
- Incorporate external L&D trends and relevant knowledge within the organization.
- Establish and implementing a learning culture within the organization.
- Establish development goals for Taipei offices, operation and monitoring of learning activities, and design and implementation of individual development plans for employees.
- Manage related databases (maintain and update).
- Collaborate with members of the Greenpeace East Asia Office to plan and implement other learning and staff development activities.

- 管理並執行個人發展和關鍵人才管理計劃(主動提出並實施)及相關L&D活動
- 協助語言學習計劃
- 觀察外部學習發展趨勢和機會,並結合組織內部需求
- 在組織內建立並實施「學習文化」
- 制定台北辦公室的發展目標,負責相關學習活動的運作與管理,設計與實施員工個人發展計劃
- 管理相關數據庫(維護和更新)
- 與綠色和平東亞辦公室成員合作規劃和實施其他學習和員工發展活動
QUALIFICATIONS
- Interested and passionate in human resource development, HRD, and Learning and Development within the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- High motivation in contributing to the development of an organization by enabling and supporting others.
- Experience and interest in working with multinational colleagues. Above Intermediate level of English communication skills (Spoken and written)
- Able to travel overseas.
- High interest and commitment to the Global Environmental Campaign.

- 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The position works in a standard office environment and is required to travel to others. Normal hours of work for full-time Employees will be 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), between the hours of 9.30 am to 6:00 pm, including an hour of lunch break. Ordinary hours of work may be varied as agreed between staff and the line managers.
