[고용형태]
- 2년 자체 기간제 계약직(그린피스 내부 규정상, 전직원은 2년 자체 계약직으로 입사. 2년이 도래하는 시점에 평가를 거쳐 정규직 전환 혹은 계약만료)

Purpose and Scope of the Job
Overall purpose of the job
The Engagement Coordinator is responsible for creating and executing a successful engagement strategy with support from the Engagement Manager for Greenpeace East Asia. The Engagement Coordinator will play a key role in leveraging Greenpeace campaign projects by creating first-rate engagement strategies and content. The engagement experiences will also include mobilising people and supporting them to self-organise for Greenpeace.
The responsibilities of the role will include leading engagement programmes to deliver engaging, innovative and effective online campaigns; promote, guide and mentor the organisation on the advantages and possibilities of public engagement technologies and approaches; and identify key opportunities for campaign communications and growing the support base. The Engagement Coordinator is a key member of the Fundraising & Engagement (FR & E) Department.
The Engagement Coordinator will manage a team of skilled professionals (e.g. webmaster, and digital campaigner), and as a team they will contribute to deliver thought-provoking, audacious communications through vibrant digital campaigning to assist Greenpeace in inspiring audiences with its environmental campaigns.
Scope
This is a results-oriented position reporting to the relevant Engagement Manager and is responsible for helping develop and then ensuring the implementation of Greenpeace's overall engagement strategy. The Engagement Coordinator will work in project teams with a dedicated team of Greenpeace colleagues who work across the organization to win campaigns, engage supporters and grow the supporter base using the organization's tactical and strategic objectives as a guide. The position requires an overall understanding of digital communications technology (i.e. social media platforms, basic content management systems, CRM's, SMS, and web management) with at least 3 years experience in email list-building, database management and segmentation, and mobilising communities (a plus).
Job responsibilities
Conceptual tasks, Strategy development and/or Project management
- Assist in the creation of a comprehensive engagement strategy for Greenpeace East Asia to achieve the organization's objectives and then oversee the implementation of that strategy at the output level
- Work with Digital FR & E team on a framework for a successful email marketing strategy for Greenpeace East Asia that will provide an inspiring supporter journey for varying audiences and Greenpeace supporters
- Constantly analyze the data generated by engagement work and use that knowledge to guide both the overall Engagement strategy and implementation of engagement tactics
- Oversee the content strategy for the Social Media channels managed in Greenpeace East Asia. Explore new engagement channels and identify key opportunities for expanding our message and growing our follower base
Implementation
- Coordinate with the Communications Team and the Fundraising Team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across Greenpeace's digital communication channels
- Keep current on best practices in audience engagement, digital trends and additionally technology opportunities for Greenpeace.
Support/Coaching/Leadership
- Collaborate with the fundraising and programme teams to ensure that online resources are being used in the most strategic way possible to help win campaigns and achieve organizational objectives
- Manage a small team of digital professionals
- Leading local, regional and global projects with support and guidance from Engagement Manager and other Senior Digital Engagement staff.
- Liaise with Greenpeace’s Global Engagement Department to keep on top of best practices, identify training opportunities, resources and case studies that can help forward Greenpeace East Asia engagement objectives.

- Conduct efficient audience analysis using a variety of techniques in order to produce valuable insights and increase our campaigning performance.
- Constantly test new messages and approaches for engaging the general public.
